Home Office Weekly
Issue #2

Greetings...from my home office to yours!

It has taken me a couple of weeks to get out of the holiday mode and back into
work mode.  It doesn't help when the kids are off from school and I'd rather just
sit around and hang out with them.  My kids are older now (8 and 14) and its
my choice that I didn't work while they were on vacation, but there was a time
when it was next to impossible to get anything accomplished without a sitter...
I remember attempting that feat more than once by putting my infant in a sling
across my body and writing a story while my six year old asked me a million
questions every five minutes!  Still, looking back, I'm glad that I was home for
them...and making a living at the same time.

This week we have a humorous look at the work-at-home life with kids (and
pets) from a couple who both work at home.  Click here to read our lead story,
"Married with Children...and Both Working at Home".
